A)  Configure Workflow:

 1)      Purging Oracle Alert Message Data and Debug information.

Run “Purge Logs and Closed System Alerts” with default parameter.( if it is for the first time then no need to run)

2)      Setup WF notification mailer: (Do not continue configuring Workflow until “Purge Debug Log and System Alert” completed purging data till today, till then keep an eye on progress of “Purge Debug Log and System Alert” and submit new request when previous one is over. Please continue Segment H: Configure MWA and then post-config in the mean time )

->System Administration ->  Workflow -> Notification Mailers

-> Edit  -> Advanced -> Step 1 -> Next

Set Max Error Count=10000

Log Level = Error

Check Processor Close on Read Timeout

->Next

 Inbound Protocol : IMAP

Inbound Server Name : webmail.xxxxxx.com

Username : See beow – depends on the instance.

Password : xxxxxxx

Outbound Protocol : SMTP

Outbound Server Name : emailerserver.xxxx.com

 Click on “Inbound SSL Enabled”

 ->  Next

From : Workflow Mailer New PROD

Reply-to Address : xxxxx@xxxxx.com

->  Next -> Next -> Finish -> Finish -> Apply

3)      Start WF notification mailer:

->  System Administration ->  Workflow -> Notification Mailers

4)      Schedule “Workflow Background Process” Concurrent Request:

1. Frequency : Every 5 Minutes             –              Parameter : Deferred:Yes, Timeout:No, Stuck:No

2. Frequency : Every 60 Minutes           –              Parameter : Deferred:No, Timeout:Yes, Stuck:No 

3. Frequency : Daily                               –              Parameter : Deferred:No, Timeout:No, Stuck:Yes

3. Frequency : Every 10 Minutes           –              Parameter : Deferred:Yes, Timeout:No, Stuck:

3. Frequency : Every 6 Hours                 –              Parameter : Deferred:Yes, Timeout:Yes, Stuck:Yes

 5)      Schedule “Workflow Control Queue Cleanup” Concurrent Request:

Frequency : Every day 1 AM                  –  Parameter : No Parameter.

 

6)      Schedule “Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data” Concurrent Request:

Frequency : Every day 1 AM                  –  Parameter : Age:15, Rest All:Default Parameters. (::15:Temporary:N:500)
